Job Description:
As an Installation & Repair Technician at Naturals2
Go, you will work closely with the Regional Operations Center (ROC) Installation Manager to assist in the successful implementation of vending machines, micro markets, coffee service, security systems, and other related equipment at various ROC sites as required. You will play a key role in executing installation tasks, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of vending machines, micro markets, coffee service, and security systems at ROC locations across the ROC territory.
- Follow installation procedures and guidelines provided by the ROC Installation Manager to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct equipment setup, electrical connections, and plumbing tasks as directed by the installation plan.
- Collaborate with the ROC Installation Manager and other team members to coordinate installation activities and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Provide support and assistance to ROC staff during and after installations, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including equipment inventory, project timelines, and any modifications or adjustments made during the installation process.
- Previous experience in equipment installation or a related field preferred.
- Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to various ROC locations across the United States as needed.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environments, including outdoor and industrial settings.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
