Take the lead in delivering high-quality low voltage and network cabling solutions with All Ether LLC! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to oversee installations, manage teams, and ensure the successful deployment of Wi‑Fi networks, fire alarm systems, security cameras, access control systems, and telecommunications setups. As a Lead Technician, you will play a key role in guiding technicians, troubleshooting complex installations, and ensuring project timelines are met with precision.
IdealCandidate Profile
- Experienced Leader – 4+ years of experience in low voltage/network cabling, with expertise in structured cabling for Wi‑Fi, fire alarms, cameras, access control, and telecom.
- Mentor & Trainer – Guide, train, and support technicians while ensuring quality control and safety compliance.
- Problem‑Solving Pro – Tackle challenges with logic and innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Background Considerations – We believe in second chances and review each candidate individually based on project requirements.
- Team Leadership – Oversee technicians, provide training, and ensure high‑quality installations.
- Project Execution – Manage and install Wi‑Fi, fire alarms, cameras, access control, and telecom systems while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
- Cable Management – Organize and manage CAT5, CAT6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables for functionality and efficiency.
- Client Relations – Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem‑Solving – Troubleshoot complex installations and ensure best practices are followed on every project.
- Valid Driver’s License – You may be assigned a company vehicle, receive mileage reimbursement, or need reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to Travel – Some projects may require travel.
- Strong Organizational & Leadership Skills – Ability to manage teams, follow structured processes, and enforce safety protocols.
- Hands‑on Experience – Expert knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, and telecom infrastructure.
- Clear Background Check – Must be able to pass a background screening.
- U.S. Citizenship or Legal Work Authorization – Required for access to certain job sites and contracts.
