Master or Journeyman Plumber

Job Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable – you’ll be driving our company vehicle.
• Must have a valid Master or Journeyman plumbing license issued by the state of Texas.

Initially, you’ll train with a more experienced technician before becoming the face of the company and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You’ll provide crucial services for our customers’ homes and families. Here are the responsibilities:

• Communicating with the Customer – You’ll meet customers who contact us to help solve problems in their homes with water and plumbing systems.
• Diagnosing the Issue – You’ll investigate and diagnose the issue, then offer the homeowner options to solve it.
• Completing Whole Home Plumbing Inspections – You’ll offer and conduct whole‑home inspections, discovering other or potential issues.
• Providing Repair and Maintenance Services – You’ll work with other licensed plumbers to perform work that only a licensed professional can do.
• Following Our Mr. Rooter Plumbing Process – You’ll follow the proven process from greeting the customer to collecting payment.
