Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay: $27/hr
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some flexibility. Includes an on-call rotation as needed, approximately one week per month, covering after-hours and weekends.
What's the Job?- Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a multi-building campus.
- Implement and supervise preventive maintenance programs to ensure 100% uptime of critical building systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Maintain safety standards and regulatory compliance across all building systems and infrastructure.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or engineering support roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably Corrigo, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or CFC’s are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety and professionalism.
