Location: Nationwide (100% Travel Required)
Compensation: $26 p/h + $80 Daily per Diem
Gardner Watson is getting ready for a project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico that starts on April. We are looking ideally for workers who have experience with sheet metal decking or welders. This position requires traveling 100% of the time.
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Deck Installer/Ironworker to join our team. This role involves the safe installation of sheet metal decking on steel framing and performing shear stud installation. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities- Lay and attach metal decking on steel structures
- Operate hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools safely and effectively
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
- Accurately report time and attendance using technology
- Comply with OSHA, customer, and company safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Welding Certification
- Aerial Lift Certification
- Full-time, non-exempt position
- Work hours based on job site requirements

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work at heights over 40 feet
- Experience working with hand, power, pneumatic, and powder-actuated tools
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
