Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist the Lead Technician and prepare apartments for new residents. You will perform light electrical and plumbing tasks, carpentry, painting, and various repairs across units and common areas.
You will be responsible for pool/ Jacuzzi area maintenance, snow removal, and ordering supplies with the Property Manager. On-call availability and a pre-employment background check are required.
