Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair and preventive maintenance on HVAC&R equipment at customer sites;
Complete field service reports and expense reports;
Travel regionally for local or countrywide support including overnight travel;
Collaborate with customers, electricians, sales partners, and District Service teams to resolve issues;
Train and mentor junior technicians and collaborate with Project Managers on larger start-ups
