Field Quality & Asset Technician

AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual to join our team as a Field Quality & Asset Technician. In this role, you'll help ensure our customer job sites, fueling equipment, and company assets operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. • Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) inspections at customer job sites to ensure work meets company standards
• Inspect fuel systems, tanks, hoses, fittings, and related equipment for leaks, wear, and potential failures
• Safely deliver fuel to customer equipment and job sites using company fuel trailers
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fuel trailers, tanks, pumps, hoses, and related assets
• Identify, document, and communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, and quality issues
• Conduct routine job site safety observations and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance, fuel delivery, and compliance records
• Assist with spill prevention, environmental compliance, and emergency response activities as needed
• Work closely with Operations, Safety, and Service teams to resolve field issues and improve operational performance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready service vehicle and equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
• Experience with fuel systems, construction equipment, inspections, or field service is preferred
• CDL or the ability to obtain one is a plus
