Kinsley Power Systems in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for new residents and assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily tasks.
Responsibilities include completing light maintenance and requests on occupied units (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, roof repairs), maintaining pools and common areas, coordinating supplies, and stepping in for the Lead Technician when needed. On-call availability and a valid driver's license are required.
