Foreman - Thermoplastic Pavement Marking

We are looking for an experienced Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Foreman to join our team. This position is for someone with strong hands-on pavement marking experience who can lead a crew, perform layouts, operate equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely and correctly.

• Lead and supervise a thermoplastic pavement marking crew.
• Perform layout for parking lots, roadways, crosswalks, arrows, symbols, stop bars, and other pavement markings.
• Apply thermoplastic pavement markings according to plans and specifications.
• Operate thermoplastic striping machines and related equipment.
• Perform proper surface preparation before application.
• Read construction plans, pavement marking layouts, and specifications.
• Measure and establish accurate line locations and spacing.
• Coordinate daily work activities and material needs.
• Inspect completed work for proper alignment, thickness, appearance, and workmanship.
• Maintain a safe and productive jobsite.
• Communicate job progress and field issues with supervisors.

• Previous thermoplastic pavement marking experience required.
• Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to independently layout and complete pavement marking work.
• Knowledge of pavement marking equipment and application procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work days, nights, and occasional weekends as project schedules require.
