SCRAM Systems is seeking a full-time Service Technician to install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices across vehicles. Automotive electrical background is helpful but not required, and strong customer service is valued.
You will work with clients to troubleshoot issues, retrieve data via the PLUS system, and educate customers on proper device use while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.
