A youth services organization in El Paso is looking for a Case Manager/Mentor to support their Transitional Living Program. The ideal candidate will develop housing opportunities and deliver a range of services aimed at helping homeless youth achieve self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing counseling, and advocating for youth. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience with at-risk youth are required.
