Regional/Center Manager Position Classification:
Non-Exempt Wage range: $19 - $21/hour, $39,520 - $43,680 annually
Primary Objectives of Position:
Delivers Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments to Unemployment Insurance claimants.
This position is on-site and requires a regular in-office presence.
Essential Job Functions:
- Conducts RESEA orientations and assessments
- Reviews work search activities
- Documents services in state systems
- Supports 10-week employment outcomes
- Coordinates referrals to additional services

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent Credentials:
Certified Workforce Development Professional credential preferred
Experience:
One year workforce or UI-related experience Skills/Abilities:
Eligibility review, documentation, customer engagement
Technology Requirement:
Position requires strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365 applications, electronic case management, virtual service delivery tools, and evolving AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment. Experience working within the Work In Texas system preferred. Successful completion of a basic IT skills assessment is required.
Additional Requirements:
Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
