We are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Data Engineering and Analytics to spearhead our data initiatives in a vibrant, data‑centric environment. This critical role will oversee the full spectrum of our data strategy, prioritizing actionable insights and comprehensive player analytics. As a vital contributor to our growth strategy, you will play a key role in enhancing player retention, preventing fraud, and driving revenue.

The ideal candidate will come with a robust background in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or high‑volume consumer platforms, along with a keen understanding of crucial metrics such as LTV, CAC, retention, and churn. Proficiency in modern data technologies, along with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python, is essential. You will lead the effort to build and scale our data pipelines and warehouses while having a solid foundation in cloud environments.
