Supervise a team of 30+ lifeguards and enforce safety rules and regulations;
Coordinate lifeguard rotations and ensure compliance with Ellis & Associates and local regulations;
Respond to medical emergencies and activate the Emergency Action Plan as needed;
Oversee pool maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment, and maintain proper records;
Train, coach, and develop staff while promoting teamwork and high customer service standards
