Construction Laborer; CDL Certification

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) to join our team. This role is critical to supporting our job sites through the safe transport, loading/unloading, and operation of heavy equipment and machinery.

• Safely drive a dually truck with a gooseneck trailer attached.
• Load and unload heavy equipment
  , such as:
  • Skid steers
  • Rollers
  • Front loaders
  • Paving machines
• Properly secure heavy machinery using chains and binders
  .
• Operate a dump truck on and around job sites.
• Assist with general labor and site prep tasks as needed.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety protocols, and traffic laws.
• Perform routine vehicle and trailer inspections before use.

• Valid CDL License (Class A or
  
  B).
• Proven experience hauling and securing heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to operate and maneuver a gooseneck trailer confidently.
• Must know how to use chains and binders to tie down heavy machinery.
• Experience operating a dump truck and construction equipment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of job site safety and traffic laws.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
