We are currently on the lookout for an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in El Paso, TX. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Drive routes safely and on schedule, following all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional passenger care by assisting boarding, ensuring comfortable rides, and facilitating timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Uphold company policies, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL A or B with Passenger Endorsement (required).
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical.

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions.
• Work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day) and walk long distances.
• Push or pull objects up to 30–45 pounds, and lift material up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
• Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to access equipment stored at ground level.
• Tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
