Summit's warehouse delivery associates play a pivotal role in fulfilling customer needs by pulling orders, ensuring accuracy, preparing them for delivery, and safely transporting materials to customer job sites. They also collect customer feedback for the sales team and perform other warehouse duties as needed. This entry‑level branch position offers a solid introduction to the business and skills that prepare associates for future opportunities.

• Maintain a clean vehicle, daily driver logs, and weekly vehicle inspection reports.
• Pull customer tickets to fulfill orders.
• Load and unload Summit trucks.
• Safely deliver products to customer locations.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Use iPad to review orders and collect signatures.
• Report all delivery issues and concerns.
• Prepare orders for shipment to customers.
• Receive and stock products on a daily basis to replenish inventory.
• Understand product capabilities, warranties, and specifications.
• Assist sales associates in fulfilling customer orders when necessary.
• Maintain a neat and clean warehouse and external areas.
• Adhere to safe practices and uphold Summit's commitment to a safe workplace.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong time‑management and ability to organize multiple priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Previous warehouse or driver experience.
• Experience with iPad or tablet.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Aptitude for learning.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles.

Pre‑employment assessments, drug and background screens are administered. DOT medical exam is required for all drivers. Professional appearance required.
