About UsAt BEX Transportation, we are expanding our team! We are looking for a top‑tier, highly motivated Dispatcher Planner to join our operations in El Paso. If you thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment and excel at optimizing fleet operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Fleet Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate 15 units and 9 drivers.
- Operations: Ensure seamless local and cross‑border (US/MX) transportation operations.
- Compliance: Maintain 100% DOT compliance across all routes and driver logs.
- Documentation: Oversee and manage freight manifests and transit documentation.
- Language: 100% Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience: Solid background in logistics, dispatch, and manifest management.
- Tech Savvy: Proven experience working with Samsara, Optima, or GM systems.
- Location: Ability to reliably commute to our office at 230 Venture Dr, El Paso, TX.
