SCHEDULE:
Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Additional after-hours support and callouts as operationally required
JOB DUTIES:
- Lead inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities on company aircraft
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to maintenance personnel
• Assist with coordinating maintenance priorities and operational needs
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, maintenance manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, company policies, and Federal Aviation Regulations
• Perform maintenance on ground support equipment as needed
• Support aircraft recovery activities as required
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as necessary
• Take after-hours calls to assist in resolving maintenance-related issues when on call
• Perform other duties as assigned
- FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings required
• Previous lead or supervisory maintenance experience required
• Minimum 5-7 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred
• SA227 Metroliner or Learjet experience strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently return aircraft to service
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and occasional after-hours callouts as operationally required
• Ability to travel for aircraft recovery or operational support if needed
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft
• Valid driver's license required
• Passport and/or ability to obtain passport within 60 days of hire preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and applicable background checks
• Ability to obtain airport/SIDA badge if required
