Non-CDL Driver

Position

Coleman Worldwide Moving has immediate openings for non‑CDL driving positions. The role involves loading, transporting, and unloading household goods and leading moving crews.

Compensation: $14–$17 per hour depending on experience.

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading and unloading shipments onto/off the truck.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipment.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck and moving equipment.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Real , Commercial Driver’s License, or equivalent if required.
• Clear driving record and compliance with zero‑tolerance drug policy.
• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

• Indoor and outdoor work.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds, frequent squatting and bending, frequent use of stairs, and driving for long periods.

• 40 hours of vacation pay after 1 year.
