We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Non-CDL Driver to join our elite team in El Paso, TX. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

- $16.48 - $19.96 per hour

- Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Provide exceptional care to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
- Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other duties as required.
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules as needed
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
- Work outside in varying temperatures, weather, and humidity; 100% of the job is performed outdoors, often alone and in remote locations.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day), walk long distances, and navigate sloped or uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects up to 30–45 pounds, lift material up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, or crouch to reach equipment at ground level.
- Operate safely in heavy traffic and tolerate dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
