*** We are looking for individuals who are available to work a flexible workweek which would include night and weekend coverage. ***

Shifts Available:

Weekend Schedule: Saturday, Sunday-7:00 a.m.

- 7:00 p.m, and 2 Varying Days during the week from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues.
Accurate data entry into company computer systems.
Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources.
Works with team members to solve problems.
Provides clear work instructions to drivers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language (preferred).
Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.
