• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness of bus interiors, fuel buses, log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be present at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
• Carry a valid state‑issued driver’s license at all times while on duty.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Courteously assist customers by answering questions and, if necessary, directing them to the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc., to garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Know all areas of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Assist customers with luggage and other items if applicable.
• Assist the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Education/

Experience:

Less than high school or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination.

License: Valid state driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.

DOT Medical Card: Medical Examiner’s Certificate required.

Availability: Availability for 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.

Language: Read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence; present information to customers and employees.

Mathematical

Skills:

Add, subtract, multiply, divide two-digit numbers and use American currency units.

Appearance: Maintain a neat, clean appearance and be in full uniform.

Physical Demands: Stand, walk, use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally sit, climb, balance, lift up to 75 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

$13.00 per hour
