CDL A Local Driver – El Paso

Average Weekly Pay: $1,550 – $1,800, plus bonus opportunities.

Home Daily:
You will be home after every route.

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior and appearance.
• Load and secure vehicles on our 9‑car haulers.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log.
• Transport vehicles between Carvana locations.
• Adhere to delivery schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.

• Walk 75 feet and climb a 10‑foot ladder.
• Make repeated movements such as bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, standing, and climbing as required to secure load.
• Stand, stretch, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull in an outdoor environment.
• Require excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Use safety equipment including non‑slip shoes, gloves, and protective garments.
• Frequent driving throughout the shift.

• Valid CDL driver's license with medical card.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• At least 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the last 3 years or equivalent military experience.
• Clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Compliance with all safety and company policies.
