Aviation Maintenance Technician
As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will gain unparalleled expertise by working on aircraft from nose to tail. This role involves performing all manners of maintenance on aircraft in accordance with company policy, manufacturer's recommendations, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance on aircraft per company policy and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair airframe and powerplant components and systems.
- Document completed work in compliance with company procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Tow aircraft and perform minor maintenance on ground support equipment as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid FAA Aircraft Mechanic certificate with Airframe & Powerplant ratings.
- Experience with in a fast-paced, scheduled maintenance operation.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing airframe and powerplant components.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Effective communication skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with Beechcraft 99, B1900, Embraer EMB
120, and Saab 340 aircraft preferred. - Familiarity with GE T700/CT7, PT6A, PW118, and TPE
331 series powerplants preferred. - Ability to interpret policy, repair, and safety manuals.
- Positive disposition, professional attitude, and appearance.
- Ability to gain airport access badge.
- Willingness to travel for training and support.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
