We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-service-focused Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team. Our Delivery Drivers play an important role in creating a great customer experience by safely and professionally delivering furniture directly into our customers’ homes.
What We're Looking For- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Successful completion of a drug and background check
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move heavy furniture
- Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous driving or delivery experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Safely load furniture and merchandise onto delivery vehicles
- Transport merchandise safely and efficiently to customers’ homes
- Unload and place furniture inside customers’ homes
- Handle furniture carefully to prevent damage to merchandise and customers’ property
- Provide professional, courteous, and world-class customer service
- Complete vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and organized, inside and out
- Follow all company safety and delivery procedures
- Represent Household Furniture Co. in a professional manner
- Work cooperatively with delivery team members and other departments
- Take pride in your work and help ensure every customer has a positive delivery experience
- Wednesday & Sunday off
