Warehouse CFS Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents against shipping documents. Properly identify received materials, ensuring they match purchase orders, manifests, or packing slips.
• Apply appropriate labels to received materials, including barcodes, product identifiers, and handling instructions. Ensure that all labeling is clear, accurate, and in compliance with organizational standards.
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Manage all merchandise with appropriate care.
• Prepare and process order requests.
• Ensure that all merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
• Scan labels to confirm products are being shipped to the correct destination.
• Assist with training of newly employed workers.
• Perform tasks strictly as assigned. If you have questions or doubts, stop immediately for additional instructions.
• Comply with Safety and Security Programs.
• Observe all signs and regulations pertaining to US Customs, HAZMAT, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain facilities that are clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.
• Be courteous and responsible with all drivers and/or contract vendors.
• Perform daily housekeeping activities.
• Report to the Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Manager at start of day and end of day for release and timecard check.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely transport, stack, and store materials within the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper operation of equipment, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe handling practices. Promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.
