Key Responsibilities:
* Pick customer orders accurately based on picking lists or electronic scanners.
* Pack orders safely and securely using appropriate packaging materials.
* Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation accompanies each shipment.
* Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and warehouse.
* Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required.
* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
* Follow all safety and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required
* Ability to lift up to [30-50 lbs] and stand for extended periods
* Basic math and reading skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Work Environment:
* Fast-paced warehouse environment
* May involve standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movements
* Temperature variations depending on warehouse conditions
