Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with rotating Saturdays

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with potential overtime after the regular shift and/or on Saturdays based on business needs.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily distribution center operations, including receiving, processing, packing, and shipping merchandise to consumers, retail locations, and special events. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while meeting established productivity and quality KPIs. The position supports operational excellence through attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and inventory control procedures.

The Warehouse Associate supports both inbound and outbound logistics operations. Inbound responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, verifying, and stocking merchandise and returns. Outbound responsibilities include order fulfillment, auditing, packing, and shipping finished goods to internal and external customers. The role requires consistent accuracy, adherence to procedures, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

All responsibilities may be modified based on business needs.

• Process shipments using UPS or similar parcel carriers in accordance with company procedures
• Audit, pick, and sort orders to ensure accurate product selection and shipment
• Pack and prepare orders to meet quality and presentation standards
• Palletize shipments using pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, and/or manual wrapping methods

• Receive and sign for deliveries in accordance with company policy
• Break down pallets and sort incoming merchandise for inspection
• Inspect inbound goods to verify accuracy against purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Accurately receive products into the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Label and store inventory according to established procedures

• Inspect returned merchandise to ensure compliance with company return policies
• Process returns accurately within system and physical inventory

• Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Drive a company box truck or van for local pickups and deliveries, as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle count activities as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and company policies.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Solid math skills with the ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Certifications such as Forklift Operator or Certified Logistics Professional are a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds
  
  Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
