Warehouse Shipping and receiving Clerk

High school diploma or GED. Experience with warehouse, shipping, and receiving. Good communication and Interpersonal Skills. Current Forklift License required. Basic Computer experience.

• Verify quantities and location of available product.
• Complete documentation as required for return of product to and from manufacturing.
• Create Bill of Lading as required for all shipments.
• Create and maintain document distribution list (BOL, COA, ASN,) for all customers.
• Communicate customer specific shipping instructions to warehouse personal.
• Assist customers and customer service with carrier information as requested.
• Work with warehouse associates to ensure carriers are loaded in a timely manner.
• Schedule carrier pick-up per information from pick ticket.
• Confirm pick-up date and load information with carrier as requested.
• Assign carrier to door upon arrival to distribution.
• Generate and distribute Bill of Lading, COA, and Advanced Shipping Notice in a timely manner as required by each customer.
• Provide incomplete shipment information to customer service personal.
• Maintain copies of all documents and records generated for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive and manage email and phone communications into the distribution center.
• Ensure customers that require special shipping labels or additional documents is prepared ahead time
• Provide location information to Warehouse associate for placement of inbound and pulling outbound product.
