** What we are looking for
** Highly motived individual who provides outstanding customer service by picking, packing, and shipping supplies and merchandise to local and international customers in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transports, sorts, and stocks merchandise.

* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Under direction of supervisor, safely transports incoming and outgoing merchandise to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to handheld device, forklift, and/or electric pallet jack.
* Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing merchandise. Ensure merchandise is recorded correctly.
* Safely sorts and places merchandise on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures. Replenishes merchandise from reserves as needed.
* Accurately picks and packs customer orders as needed.
* Removes damaged merchandise and places it in its designated area.
* Maintains proper rotation of merchandise.
* Always keep safety a priority, to include pedestrian traffic and forklift operation.
* Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE, examples: Safety Belt, High Visibility Vest).
* Maintains a safe, clean working environment, to include maintaining a clean dock and clean aisles.
* Participates in quality improvement efforts.
* Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.
* Assists customers as needed. Provides excellent customer service.
* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

* Qualifications:

*** One year of related experience or equivalent.
* Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods.
* 6 months to 1 year of stand up forklift experience.
* Bilingual preferred.
* High School graduate or GED.
* Commitment to excellence and high standards.
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
* Acute attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain high scanning accuracy.
* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
* Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
