• Knows and actively demonstrates, daily, the Company Mission Statement and Core Values
• Correctly identifies product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location
• Makes necessary notes on invoices to indicate variances, changes, and out‑of‑stock products
• Maintains control and integrity of the pull cart to ensure no product is removed until an order is completely pulled
• Maintains neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting
• Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking
• Packs wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity at delivery
• Tags wholesale customer orders according to quantity of shipment
• Maintains security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders
• Works with and maintains TABC stamp guns and machines
• Restocks supplies and utilizes equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks
• Informs manager or lead of out‑of‑stock items or inventory variance on all items
• Works with and maintains computer equipment
• Assists in preparation for inventory and in the inventory process
• Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers
• Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity
• Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail
• Lifts 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally each shift
• Properly utilizes a dolly and/or pallet jack
• Pushes or pulls 50–100 pounds regularly
• Completes other projects as assigned by management
• Efficiently carries out all directives given by the Management Team
• Works in compliance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA
• Possesses time‑management skills and can prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the day
• Attendance and timeliness are required. This is not a position that can be performed from home

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

State law requires candidates to be over the age of 21. The position requires a human adult.

We would welcome candidates with 1–2 years of warehouse experience, but training is available for motivated individuals. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though experience may substitute for formal education.

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos. Ability to communicate with coworkers and guests.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals without a calculator. Counting skill is a major plus for inventory work.

Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service. Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality required. Self‑starter with strong work ethic who completes assignments on time and seeks new tasks.

Full Time: ~40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and at least 80% of all other shifts each week. Part Time: up to 25 hours per week. Working outside scheduled time without manager approval is prohibited.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Knowing when to come in from the rain is a plus.

Regular standing, walking, or bending; use of hands and fingers to handle or feel; reaching with hands and arms; climbing or balancing; talking and hearing. Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools. Ability to use industrial machines to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Occupational environment includes exposure to outside weather conditions while in the warehouse. Noise level typically moderate to loud.
