Warehouse Associate ​/ Delivery Driver

Position Summary

IES Residential is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team in El Paso, TX. This role supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Perform material pickup and delivery in a safe and timely manner.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of all materials.
• Issue materials and equipment daily as directed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Follow all company policies related to safe driving, equipment use, and material handling.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized.

Experience:

0-2 years.

• Ability to lift and carry 70+ pounds regularly.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
• Frequent movement, lifting, and equipment operation required.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on safety.
