Parts Clerk

Green Bay Packaging Inc. (GBP) seeks a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll receive, issue, and inventory parts and supplies for maintenance and production teams, ensuring the right components are available when needed. Responsibilities include tracking stock levels, entering data into our inventory system, organizing the parts room, coordinating with vendors, and expediting critical orders.

Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, and track maintenance and production parts and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the computerized system
• Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages
• Organize and label parts room shelves, bins, and storage locations
• Coordinate with vendors and purchasing to source and expedite parts
• Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Support maintenance and production teams with timely parts availability
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and 5
• S standards in the parts area
• Identify opportunities to improve parts availability and cost efficiency
