Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager to lead daily material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and safe forklift and material-handling operations while coordinating closely with production and customer service. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and performance management; optimizing space, processes, and 5S; maintaining ERP/WMS data integrity; and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations in a manufacturing environment
• Plan and supervise staff schedules, training, and performance
• Ensure accurate, timely inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP/WMS updates
• Enforce safety, OSHA, and company standards for all warehouse activities
• Optimize warehouse layout, flow, and 5

• Coordinate with production and customer service to meet delivery commitments
• Manage carrier relationships, freight documentation, and shipping paperwork
