Pay Range: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Be the First Friendly Face of PPL

PPL Motor Homes is looking for a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to support our dealership team. This position is often the first point of contact for customers, visitors, vendors, and callers, so we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, keeps things moving, and brings a positive attitude to the front desk every day.

The Receptionist helps create a professional and friendly dealership experience while supporting daily administrative operations, customer communication, and dealership departments.

What You’ll Do

As our Receptionist, you will:

  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, customer check‑ins, filing, and data entry
  • Provide basic information about dealership services, hours, and processes
  • Support sales and service teams with paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Help with dealership events and customer hospitality activities as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. You should enjoy helping customers, communicating clearly, and keeping details organized behind the scenes.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience required
  • Experience in automotive, RV, hospitality, or retail is a plus
  • Comfortable using phone systems, Microsoft Office, office equipment, and data entry systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through accurately
  • Valid driver’s license preferred for occasional local errands
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during events or customer support needs
