Drillers - 14/14 - El Reno, OK

This opportunity is for experienced Drillers responsible for overseeing drilling operations, maintaining well control, and leading rig crews during daily activities. They will coordinate with the Rig Manager, Company Man, and Directional Driller while ensuring safe and efficient drilling operations. The ideal candidate has well control certification, leadership experience, and is comfortable working 14/14 rotational shifts in challenging outdoor conditions.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Well Control certification
• Ability to use a computer and multiple screens to monitor drilling activities
• Understanding of downhole operations and daily drilling operations
• Ability to perform well control calculations using basic math
• Ability to direct and supervise rig employees and third parties
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willingness to work a 14/14 hitch, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Advanced education (college, trade school, etc.)
• Prior experience working as a Driller with PTEN
• Experience operating Amphion and Omron dual joystick rigs
