Physical Therapy - PT SNF
Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required. SNF, LTC, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred. Experience providing therapeutic exercise, mobility, transfer, gait, and functional training under PT supervision. Ability to accurately document treatments and communicate patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist. Strong patient care, communication, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills. Comfortable working in a 66-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
