Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include operating an industrial scrubber, power washing, sanitation, general housekeeping, and minor equipment repairs. • Perform routine facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and sanitization tasks
• Ensure facility and company assets are properly secured and maintained to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety-first practices to remain accident-free
• Use PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and harnesses or seatbelts while driving equipment
• Verify daily safety checks of equipment
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (Forklifts, Man-up Order Selectors and Floor Scrubbers) in a safe manner
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and assist in retread center activities as assigned
