Mechanical Assembler Technician Responsible for installing components, assemblies, and subassemblies on the production line. Performs mechanical assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks related to equipment and products. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical and manufacturing background, can read prints and follow standards, and works effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Primary Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Install components using current assembly practices
Perform fitting, mounting, alignment, adjustments, operational testing, repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
Assist in training and supporting other personnel
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Track components throughout the assembly process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Complete required assembly documentation
Follow all workplace safety procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum two years of mechanical assembly and/or maintenance experience required
An accredited certificate in heavy equipment, automotive, or industrial maintenance is preferred
Ability to manage time effectively in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow all safety procedures and properly use PPEAbility to safely operate hand tools and equipment
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Adaptable in a changing production environment
Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM (with a 1-hour paid lunch), Saturdays as needed
Pay:
Hourly $20 to $40 an hour Required qualifications or experience:
Must have experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, using hand and power tools, reading work instructions, performing quality control, and working safely in a fast-paced production environment.#ZR
