Star Truss – Truss Manufacturing Laborer

First shift, Monday–Thursday 6:00 am‑4:30 pm, overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who is detail orientated and thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment. Laborers will be responsible for pulling and loading lumber, using hand and power tools, laying out and adjoining trusses, and loading built floor and roof trusses.

• Ability to accurately perform work based on provided instructions
• Demonstrated success working safely and following all PPE/OSHA guidelines
• Preparing trusses for shipment in outdoor environment
• Reliable transportation
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs for team lift
• Good attitude, social skills, work ethic and team spirit
• Ability to pass physical capacity testing, drug testing and E‑Verify

• Forklift operation or certification
• Experience using a tape measure, hand tools and power tools
• Truss building experience

• Regularly lift 30‑50 pounds and occasionally lift or move items up to 100 pounds
