Entry Level Floor hands - 14/14 - Crew Housing - El Reno, OK

This company is seeking Floor hands to join their team in El Reno, Oklahoma. Floor hands play a vital role in supporting rig operations, assisting with equipment handling, maintenance, and general housekeeping. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically fit, and able to work in challenging outdoor environments on a rotational schedule. This is a hands-on position requiring teamwork and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours without sitting
• Ability to repetitively climb steep stairs and lift/carry 50 pounds independently
• Comfortable working at heights (50 ft. or greater) for extended periods
• Clear communication skills in English (read, write, speak, understand instructions)
• Ability to work closely with others in confined areas and possibly live in crew quarters
• Willingness to travel to and work in remote locations on a rotational schedule
• Willingness to work mandatory and unscheduled hours as needed
• Must attend and successfully complete classroom training and testing
• Ability to meet pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and background check requirements
• One (1) year of stable work history

• Six (6) months stable related work history (e.g., farming, ranching, construction, heavy equipment or other trade) or military service
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
