Experienced Cement Supervisors

Coordinates general operations of company personnel and equipment for designated district. Essential duties include: championing the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner; coordinating and overseeing the rigging and running of applicable equipment on the job site safely and efficiently; implementing company policies, procedures and maintenance of equipment on the job site;

ensuring the safety of the crew at the job site; preparing and mobilizing tools; conducting periodic tool inspections and filing all pertinent reports; acting as liaison between the company and the customer representative; instructing crews in safe working practices, proper operations, care and maintenance of equipment; and performing any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel, including general labor, as necessary.

This position is required to perform safety‑sensitive functions as defined in the CES Drug and Alcohol Plan.
