Role Description The OTR Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in El Reno, OK or Cresco, IA, responsible for safely transporting Exiss/Sooner and Feather lite trailers to dealers and customers across multiple regions. Day-to-day tasks include operating Class A trucks, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and checking trailers, and ensuring loads are delivered on schedule. The driver will follow all DOT regulations, maintain accurate delivery and mileage records, and communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams.

Responsibilities also include assisting with unloading as needed, reporting any mechanical issues, and representing the company professionally at all delivery locations. This role requires consistent travel, adherence to safety standards, and reliable time management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess CDL Class A and strong Truck Driving skills, including experience with long-haul or OTR routes.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations and safe Truck operation practices, including inspections and compliance documentation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in safely handling and Unloading trailers, with attention to load security and equipment care.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet all federal and state driving requirements.
  • Ability to travel extensively, work flexible hours, and manage time independently.
  • Strong communication skills and professional conduct when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Experience transporting trailers, vehicles, or similar equipment is beneficial.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior OTR 2 years experience strongly desired.
