• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting and GL accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work with limited oversight.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

• Manage core accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including variance and flux reporting.
• Support intercompany activity, cost allocations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Partner with leadership to ensure timely, accurate reporting across multiple brands.
• Assist with accounting integrations for newly acquired entities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and strengthen controls.

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience.
