We’re partnering with a growing company looking for an Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager who knows manufacturing or construction environments like the back of their Excel workbook.
This is not a “keep the seat warm” accounting role.
They need someone who can:- Build inventory & manufacturing accounting processes from scratch
- Own standard costing, variance analysis, inventory controls & ERP workflows
- Partner with Ops, Supply Chain & Procurement without needing a translator
- Spot inventory issues before they become “fun surprises” during close
- 6–10+ years in cost/inventory accounting
- Manufacturing and/or construction experience
They want someone who can survive month-end close and a factory walkthrough in the same week.
- Compensation = $175,000 - $225,000
- High-visibility opportunity
- Build-mode environment with real ownership
