Overview
Japanese company is seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Administrative & HR Coordinator to support its U.S. office. This position covers a variety of back-office tasks including administration, HR, accounting support, and logistics coordination. Ideal for someone proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a small office setting.
What You’ll Do- Manage daily office operations (supplies, vendors, facilities)
- Support HR tasks: onboarding, timesheets, employee support, insurance correspondence
- Coordinate shipments and inventory with logistics team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks and liaise with Japan HQ/local accountant
- Provide support to Japan expats (interpretation, logistics, travel, scheduling)
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and events
- 2–3 years of admin/back-office experience (internships considered)
- Japanese and English bilingual (business level)
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently
- Interest in Japanese corporate culture
- Base pay range: $52,000.00/yr - $67,000.00/yr
