About the RoleK (formerly Lin Quest) is the prime contractor on the MSEIT contract. By applying to this position, you are in consideration for K employment. However, you also have the option to be hired by one of our subcontractor teammates. The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the Air Force’s Space and Missiles System Center.
We support the Air Force’s acquisition of state‑of‑the‑art Military Satellite Communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nation’s warfighters. This role focuses on MSEIT related administrative support in El Segundo.
- Manage MSEIT related administrative support in El Segundo
- Professionally interact with the (senior) leadership team, government customers, vendors, and personnel
- Assist in scheduling conference rooms, set‑up and clean‑up internal and customer meetings, and assembling meeting material packages
- Create documents with Microsoft Office Suite including formatting, finding, or creating graphics, editing, proofreading, and distribution
- Assist with processing purchase requests
- Verify VARS in Visitor Control
- Badge Tracking
- Unclassified Rosters / Classified Roster backup
- Mail Distribution
- Create Fed Ex & UPS mailings
- Assist with vendor deliveries
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required for this position
- 4+ years of experience providing executive‑level administrative support in a large, business and/or military environment
- Experience with managing calendars and meeting planning facilitation / holiday parties
- Able to communicate and discuss ideas with colleagues
- Self‑motivated, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team to achieve office goals, and multi‑task independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external senior‑level executives and their assistants in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating government and administrative needs
- Degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude, and ability to work well with people
- Ability to accept direct supervision for work prioritization
- Ability to handle multiple projects, work well with tight deadlines, and be willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Experience with SharePoint and Live Link
- Experience with DoD, Intelligence, and Space Force or Air Force customers
$51,000 - $64,000 in El Segundo, CA
