Client Overview
Our client, a well‑known company in the sports industry, is seeking a Temp Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This is an office role supporting the logistics of VP‑level executives.
Salary/Hourly Rate$24/hr
Position OverviewThe Temp Front Desk Receptionist will cover for the full‑time Office and Facilities Coordinator for a 2 - 3 week period. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities Of The Temp Front Desk Receptionist- Manage the front desk operations of the office.
- Welcome visitors, receive packages, and handle general office tasks.
- Stock snacks and drinks in the common kitchen area.
- Set up and break down lunch catering.
- 1+ years of office experience is required.
- Experience in setup and breakdown of events.
- Food service or restaurant experience is a plus.
- Associate's degree is required.
